10 Rising Stars segment of the Fashion Exhibition is now held throughout Pavillion Kuala Lumpur.
Its a competition. These top 10 young new designers will be compete for an honour that will be unveiled on MIFW 09 Gala nite.

I must admit. This is the very first time I ever heard of designer Syomir Izwa. I am sorry if you heard him before. Maybe I should open my eyes big and bigger and biggest because his creations are not bad. Not bad at all. I am kinda like it.
