Sidang akhbar untuk mengumumkan finalis Top 5 Anugerah Bintang Popular Berita Harian 2009 telah diadakan di Palace of Golden Horses. Bukan artis-artis sahaja yang hadir, tetapi juga pereka-pereka fesyen yang akan mereka pakaian untuk artis-artis yang akan hadir pada malam tersebut.
